Here’s the Chicken Potato Stuffed Drumsticks recipe:

Prep Time: 30 min

Frying time: 5 to 10 min

Serving: 4_5 person

You’ll need:

- Chicken: 4-6 drumsticks

- Potato: 2 medium, boiled + mashed

- Spices: 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp salt, ½ tsp black pepper, ½ tsp red chili powder, ½ tsp garam masala, fresh coriander + green chilies chopped

-Coating: 1 egg, ½ cup breadcrumbs / crushed cornflakes

- Oil: for frying

How to make it:

1. Boil: Boil the drumsticks with salt + ginger-garlic paste for 15 minutes. Let them cool.

2. De-bone: Remove the skin. Take the chicken off the bone but keep the bone. Shred the chicken meat.

3. Mix: In a bowl mix shredded chicken + mashed potato + all the spices. Mix until it forms a dough-like mixture.

4. Stuff: Take that mixture and wrap it back around the bone to reshape it into a drumstick.

5. Coat: Dip each stuffed drumstick in beaten egg, then roll in breadcrumbs.

6. Fry: Deep/shallow fry on medium heat until golden brown and crispy. About 6-7 min per side.

Result:

Crispy outside, soft chicken-potato mash inside. Just like in the picture ❤️

Serve with ketchup or garlic mayo.

2 Pro tips:

1. After stuffing, chill them in the fridge for 15 min before coating. They won’t fall apart.

2. Don’t make the oil too hot or the outside will burn before the inside
