Creamy chicken Sandwiches by Thecozyplates

Here’s a super easy *creamy chicken sandwich* that’s perfect for lunch, picnics, or meal prep.

Creamy Chicken Sandwiches:

Makes 4 sandwiches

You’ll need:

- Chicken: 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded. Rotisserie or boiled works

- Creamy base: 1/3 cup mayo, 2 tbsp plain yogurt or cream cheese

- Flavor: 1 tsp  mustard sauce, 1 tsp lemon juice, salt + black pepper

- Crunch + freshness: 2 tbsp finely diced celery, 2 tbsp diced onion, 2 tbsp chopped parsley

- Optional: 1/4 tsp garlic powder, pinch of paprika

- For serving: 4 brioche buns or sandwich bread, lettuce, tomato slices

You could add boil eggs if want.

How to make it:

1. Mix the sauce: In a bowl whisk mayo, yogurt/cream cheese, mustard, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Add chicken: Toss in the shredded chicken, celery, onion, and parsley. Stir until everything is coated and creamy. Taste and adjust salt/lemon.

3. Chill 10 min: This makes it taste better, but you can skip if hungry.

4. Build sandwiches: Toast the buns lightly. Add lettuce, pile on the creamy chicken, top with tomato.

5. For crunch: For crunch  grill bread or bun in pan on low flame for a min

Quick tips:

- Extra creamy: Swap half the mayo for whipped cream cheese

- Spicy kick: Add chili flakes or a squirt of sriracha

- Meal prep: The filling keeps 3-4 days in the fridge. Just toast fresh bread when serving
