1. Cucumber Raita - The classic



- Ingredients:

- 1 cup yogurt, 1 cucumber grated, 1/2 tsp roasted cumin powder, salt, coriander

- Method: Whisk yogurt. Squeeze water from cucumber. Mix everything. Chill 10 min.


2. Boondi Raita - Party favorite



- Ingredients: 

- 1 cup yogurt, 1/2 cup boondi, salt, black salt, roasted cumin, red chili

- Method: Whisk yogurt with spices. Add boondi just before serving so it stays crunchy.
