🍫 Chocolate-Stuffed French Toast

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: 8 minutes

Serves: 2

Ingredients:i

4 slices thick bread (brioche or white bread works best)

4 tbsp chocolate spread or Nutella

2 eggs

¼ cup milk

1 tbsp sugar

½ tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp cinnamon

Pinch of salt

1 tbsp butter, for cooking

Method:

1. Spread 1–2 tbsp chocolate spread over two slices of bread. Cover with the remaining slices and gently press the edges together.

2. Whisk eggs, milk, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, and salt in a shallow bowl.

3. Quickly dip each stuffed sandwich into the egg mixture, coating both sides without soaking the bread too much.

4. Melt butter in a nonstick pan over medium-low heat.

5. Cook the sandwiches for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and crisp.

6. Slice diagonally so the melted chocolate spills out.

✨ Viral topping:

Dust with powdered sugar and add strawberries, banana slices, or vanilla ice cream, Nutella or peanut butter Finish with a warm chocolate drizzle for that irresistible chocolate-pull shot.

Pro tip: Keep the heat medium-low so the bread becomes deeply golden while the chocolate melts without burning the outside.
