* ½ teaspoon paprika

* ½ teaspoon black pepper

* ½ teaspoon onion powder

* ½ teaspoon salt

* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise

* 1 tablespoon hot sauce (optional)

For the sliders:

* 12 Hawaiian dinner rolls or soft slider buns

* 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese

* 4 slices cheddar cheese

* 2 tablespoons mayonnaise (optional)

For garlic butter topping:

* 4 tablespoons melted butter

* 2 cloves garlic, minced

* 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

* ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning

* 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions:

Step 1: Prepare the chicken

Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds. Add shredded chicken, paprika, black pepper, onion powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 3–4 minutes.

Stir in mayonnaise and hot sauce. Mix until the chicken is creamy and flavorful.

Step 2: Prepare the slider buns

Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).

Slice the slider rolls horizontally without separating individual rolls. Place the bottom half in a greased baking dish.

Step 3: Add chicken and cheese

Spread the chicken filling evenly over the bottom rolls.

Add cheddar cheese slices and shredded mozzarella cheese. Place the top half of the rolls over the filling.

Step 4: Make garlic butter

In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan cheese.

Brush this mixture generously over the tops of the slider rolls.

Step 5: Bake the sliders

Cover the baking dish loosely with foil and bake for 12–15 minutes.

Remove the foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.

Step 6: Serve

Remove from the oven and allow the sliders to rest for 3–5 minutes. Slice into individual sliders and serve warm!
