It can make each day a nightmare And leave a person without hope. Depression can be nurtured Through violence and neglect And fists used only to degrade And words used to reject. It's hidden in those bullies Who torture and demean, Who use their words like weapons To destroy all self-esteem. It's fueled by those substances, That are used to help escape. From that endless pain depression brings And that unbearable heartache. It can cause someone to just give up, To lose all strength to fight. It can desolate one's very soul And make them take their life. Yes, Depression is a bloodsucker. That will make anyone its prey. There is no one who deserves it, And there is no one to blame. We don't need to make a judgment, But we

O fear! you pushed me down into the vanity blindfolded me from every reality. I thought I wasn't good enough,   O fear! you made my existence so tough. O Fear, now I realize it was all a bluff and you have already played enough. I lost my opportunities and now that I'm sure of my priorities. I believe I'll breakthrough as life always gives the next chance to you. Remember to rise up and it's ok to fall. The people around you, don't define you at all. they only talked about your mistakes, they aren't ready to appreciate you. Be you, for you. Never stop doing anything, just because people don't give you credit Be courageous have an ambitious, Be ready to go beyond every limitation.
