  Dhaba-style Dal Chana is a popular Punjabi dish made with split red lentils (masoor dal) and chickpeas (chana) in a flavorful and spicy gravy. Here's a simple recipe to make it at home : Ingredients For the Dal Chana 1. 1 cup split red lentils (masoor dal) 2. 1 cup chickpeas (chana), soaked overnight and drained 3. 2 medium onions, chopped 4. 2 medium tomatoes, chopped 5. 2-3 green chilies, chopped 6. 1 teaspoon ginger paste 7. 1 teaspoon garlic paste 8. 1 teaspoon cumin seeds 9. 1 teaspoon coriander powder 10. 1 teaspoon garam masala powder 11. 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder 12. 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder to taste  13.
