Authentic recipe of Shami kabab




 Shami Kebab is a popular Pakistani and Indian dish! Here's a simple recipe:


Ingredients:

1. 500g ground beef or lamb/Chicken

2. 1 large onion, finely chopped

3. 8,9 cloves garlic, minced

4. 1-inch ginger, grated

5. 1 tsp cumin powder

6. 1 tsp coriander powder

7. 1/2 tsp garam masala

8. 1 tsp red chili powder (to taste)

9. Salt, to taste

10.2 tbsp oil or ghee

11. 2 eggs, beaten (for binding)

12. Coriander leaves (optional)


Instructions:

Prepare the Mixture:


1. Mix ground meat, onion, garlic, ginger, cumin, coriander, garam masala, chili powder turmeric,red pepper and salt.

2. 1 & 1/2 glass of water. 


Shape and Cook:


1. Add 2 eggs in mixture. Divide mixture into small portions and shape into patties.

2. Dip each patty in beaten eggs for binding.

3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow-fry patties until golden brown and cooked through.


Tips:

1. Use fresh ingredients for better flavor.

2. Adjust spice levels to your taste.
