Quick and easy recipe of Aloo gobi
Aloo Gobi is a popular Pakistani and Indian dish! Here's a simple recipe:
Ingredient:
1. 2 large potatoes (Aloo), peeled and diced
2. 1 large cauliflower (Gobi), broken into florets
3. 2 medium onions, chopped
4. Garlic, minced
5. 1-inch ginger, grated
6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
7. 1,2 Green chilies
8. 1 tsp turmeric powder
9. 1 tsp red chili powder (optional)
10. Salt, to taste
11. 1 cup oil or ghee
12. 1 Tomato
13. Coriander leaves
Instructions:
Prepare the Dish:
1. Heat oil in a pan
2. Add chopped onions and saute until golden brown.
3. Add minced garlic and grated ginger; saute for 1 minute.
4. Add tomatoes and spices and cook for 5 min until oil separates
5. Add diced potatoes and cauliflower mix well.
6. Add green chilies, chicken cube (optional)
7. Add half cup water cover it and cook on low flame for 15,20 minutes.
Serve:
Garnish with fresh coriander,ginger slices,green chillies and serve hot with naan, rice, or roti.
