Make white chicken karahi like a pro in just 30 minutes

 Here's a simple recipe for White Chicken Karahi:


Ingredients

1. Chicken:500g, boneless or whole chicken and cut into small pieces

2. Ginger-garlic paste: 2 tablespoons

3. Onion: 1 large, chopped

4. Green chilies: 2-3, chopped

5. White pepper: 1 teaspoon

6. Salt: to taste

7. Oil: as required

8. Fresh coriander: chopped (for garnish)

9: Black pepper

10: Lemon juice

11: Almond paste (optional)

12: 1 cup yogurt & cream


Instructions

1. Heat oil: in a Pan

2. Saute onions: until translucent.

3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for 1 minute.

4. Add chicken and cook until browned.

5. Add green chilies and white/black pepper.

6. Season with salt to taste add yogurt and cream

7. Cook until the chicken is cooked through.

8. Garnish with chopped Coriander






Serve

Serve hot with naan, or roti.
