    - Ajwain (carom seeds)

    - Salt

3. Flavor Boosters:

    - Ginger-garlic paste

    - Green chilies (finely chopped)

    - Fresh coriander (chopped)

4. Liquid:Water (to make a thick batter)

5. Frying: Oil (vegetable oil or canola)


How to Make

1. Marinate Chicken: Mix chicken pieces with ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, salt, a pinch of red chili powder, gram flour, red chili powder, turmeric, garam masala, ajwain, oil, salt. Gradually add water to make a thick, coating consistency batter.
