Spring rolls recipe by The Cozy plates
Here's a simple spring roll recipe:
Ingredients:
- 1 packet spring roll wrappers
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/2 cup bean sprouts optional
- 1/2 cup cooked chicken or shrimp, shredded
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Oil for frying
- Chicken powder
Instructions:
1. Prepare filling: add oil in a pan add chopped garlic then add cabbage, carrots and chicken shredded mix well and cook for 3,4 min then add, soy sauce, and vinegar salt black pepper chicken powder and cook for 2 minutes
2. Assemble rolls: Place filling in center of wrapper, fold edges, and roll up tightly.
3. Fry: Heat oil in a pan, fry spring rolls until golden brown.
4. Serve: Drain on paper towels and serve with dipping sauce 😋.
