White sauce chicken Rolls

 White sauce samosa 🎉 sounds like a twist on the classic! Here's a simple recipe:




For mixture:

1 medium onion

1 tbsp ginger garlic paste

Salt to taste

1 tsp black pepper

Half tsp chilli flakes

1/2 chicken powder 

2 tbsp flour

Half cup milk

Chicken boneless ( boil and shredded) you could add potatoes instead of chicken

Half cup cabbage(optional)


White Sauce:

- 2 tbsp butter

- 2 tbsp flour

- 1 cup milk

- 1/2 cup grated mozzarella or processed cheese

- Salt, pepper, and herbs (like parsley or cilantro)

Instructions:

1. Make the white sauce: Whisk butter and flour, add milk, and stir until thick. Add cheese and season.

2. Prepare roll filling: add oil in a pan sauthe onion in it then add boil shredded chicken salt,chili flakes,black pepper and green pepper mix well then add white sauce mix well 

3. Assemble Rolls: Place filling in Roll wrappers, add a dollop of white sauce, and fold.

4. Fry or bake until crispy.
