Parenting style is a method or style that parents use in their children's rearing. Parenting style define how parents treat their childern and what's their attitude or behaviour towards childern.

There are four common types of parenting style.

1.Authoritarian

2.Authoritative

3.Liberal

4.Unconcerned

Authoritarian/Autocratic:

Authoritarian parents focus on obedience 

Punish over discipline, high demanding but not supportive and have little time for their childern. Authoritarian parents want their children to follow rules. They enforce rules but if child asked about the reason behind rules they are not interested and their focus is on obedience.

Give orders

Rejecting

Controlling

Authoritative/Commanding:

Authoritative parents create friendly environment. They are highly supportive and highly demanding, create positive relation among childern. They enforce rules.

Authoritative parents are reponsive. they invest their time and energy into avoiding behavioural problems. They also use positive discipline like praising and reward system.

Permissive/Liberal parents:

Permissive parents don't enforce rules on their kids. They are highly supportive but not demanding. They set limited rules for their kids. Permissive parents are lenient they only step in when childern are in serious problem.

Uninvolved/Unconcerned parents:

Unconcerned parents have little time for their kids. They remain busy in their life.

Less communication with childerns

Such parents fulfill needs of childern but not detached from children's life

Unconcern parents have no supervision.

These parents avoid their kids.

Parenting styles can change children's good behaviour into bad or bad into good.

Parents should adopt the styles that can maintaining the personalities of their children's and is essential in growth of a children.

Dont be so strict with children's that they feel that they are step children's. And not be to smooth with children's that they adopt bad habits.

Be moderate that children can trust on parents and live a joyful life with parents.❣
